Vita Flow Technology is a software company in Dhaka. We build AI products for healthcare and professional education, for people whose language and market are not served by software made elsewhere.
Where we work
Inside the chamber, not above it.
Our software is built where it is used: in small outpatient chambers, clinics and medical colleges in Bangladesh, alongside the doctors who work in them.
How it started
The founder has spent over twenty years in software engineering, IT consulting and university teaching across Bangladesh, the United Kingdom and Singapore. Since 2021 he has worked as IT consultant to a national postgraduate medical institution in Bangladesh, alongside physicians every day.
That is where the problem behind Carenika was identified: doctors consulting in Bengali, records expected in English, and no time to write either properly. Carenika has been built since 2022 and is now used daily by practising physicians.

How we work
Build where we have access
Our clinical rules were written with physicians we work alongside, not copied from a textbook. We build in the market we understand before claiming any other.
Safety is separate from AI
A language model produces a plausible answer. For prescribing, plausible is not enough. Medication checks run on explicit, versioned rules that a clinician can read and argue with.
Grow from revenue
We have reached this point without outside capital. Hiring and expansion follow what the products earn.
